My wife and I have been working with Seth for more than 2 years while we were living in upstate New York looking for a home in the Southport, NC area that we could relocate to. We gave him some ideas of what we were looking for and he would provide listings. The listings were always right on target.
When we finally sold our house in NY and drove down to Southport, we met Seth at his office. We gave him the price bracket we had chosen and Seth came up with a group of homes to visit. We left his office to see homes that were on the market and when we saw the third house, WHAM!
We went back to his office and submitted an offer. It was accepted the next day.

The day after we signed their contract, it was non-stop action--About 20 viewings in the first two weeks. Jack and his workers knew exactly what buttons to push to get the ball rolling. We (my wife and I), felt like jumping beans, ready to vacate the house for the next showing. After about 13 days from signing, the offer came in at $10,200 above listing price--And let me say, Jack personally walked that buyer through our house, showing the buyer the neat attributes of the property--Yes, Jack sold our home! After the offer, the rest went smoothly to the close, (From the Offer to the Close, 42 days, unheard of!).
